How does Rise Palisades cover its costs?

We’re funded by the Rise Palisades Fund, which pays for all pre-construction costs upfront. Once your property sells, the Fund is repaid from a portion of the increased value created through the pre-construction process. Your property is appraised for a baseline value before any work begins, we share the incremental value created allowing you to maximize your proceeds at a Sale. Rise Palisades only benefits from the additional value we help create for your property.

The Rise Palisades Fund was created by Palisades homeowners and Ohana Capital Partners to help fire-affected homeowners reclaim and maximize the value of their destroyed property.

Rise provides a front funded, end-to-end pre-construction program that not only Pays for all the pre construction programs but also provides the complete start to finish team of experts to deliver your dirt lot to permit approved, maximum buildable space. Rise Palisades provide: architectural designs, property and soil engineering, land surveying, complete permitting, and marketing—to transform fire-damaged lots into shovel-ready, sellable properties.
